My new seat upholstery!!!

Been a busy day! Took 5 hours, but got my seats recovered with some new upholstery. I had these specially made by a guy that makes them on Ebay. Let me tell you, his work is top notch!!!!! These covers were made to Ford Spec and thread for thread looked just like what came off! I think they look SICK in the truck, and im the only person with these on a 60/40 seat! Be Jealous:

Taking them apart:

Passenger side done

Even had the same little buttons on the passenger side:

Seatbelt hole:

I still have new material for my console lid I need to put on, but Im thinking i wanna put vinyl there and on my door panels instead. Not bad for $220 shipped and 5 hours of work.

Overall, the job was actually easy. If you take your time and watch how you took the old ones off, then they go on easy, THe hog rings didnt even give me a fit at all! I first placed them in the foam, then placed the material on and attached them where they go. Looks 100000000 times better!

LOL, its mint, no stains, no holes, no tears, no anything. I pride myself in a clean interior. Everyone always sees the outside, no one rarely sees the inside and how I keep it. Did you expect anything less from me lol!

Even when I took the seats out, i barely had anything under them haha

TOO SICK!! i bet your old ones are in great shape still. you could probably sell them and get back a good chunk of that $220.

Those are really some excellent covers! Not that I intend to get myself into sewing, but I would think that it's the same as putting together any other piece of cloth right? As long as you stitch relative straight and you have a power machine, you should be able to piece something together!
