Upholstery Paint
« on: February 14, 2010, 11:33:53 PM »
Im thinking about painting  Seats and Center Armrext, and maybe trying it on my headliner with this stuff from dupli color. I was skeptical at first but i've heard from guys on other forums and saw a bunch of youtube videos on it working and i think im gonna take a crack at it, just wondering if anyone has had any experience with it etc... thanks fellas! 8)

I dont have experience with it but heard that it holds up well.  Just got to make sure you are very patient with the process and dom lots of coats to get the color in everywhere.  Also it needs 72 hours or something like that to cure.

i personally wouldnt paint the whole seat black i would just keep it the same colour but have the ranger stencil in a dark gray like the door panels in the photo you had.. just my 2 cents

Yeah, i know what you mean, but i have a custom painted interior thats black with blue accents so it should match up pretty well, you can see it on my cardomain here: http://www.cardomain.com/ride/3359764
