Call Advance Auto and tell them you have a 1988 F159 with a 5.0 and you need the fluid capicity and specification for a manual trans.  They should be able to look up the capacity and what type of oil. (I worked there I know they can do it).  I may even do it for you when I go there iin the next half hour.lol
