The FX4 Lev II cam with all sorts of goodies.  If yours came with a manual trans and Tcase then it would be somewhat of a Ranger God.  But in order to be an FX4 it has to be newer than 97 which means .. . . no TTB, so you lose.

Quoted for the truth!

The ttb front suspension is just a far superior suspension than whatever came on any newer ranger, or any midsize truck for that matter.

actully i hate my front suspension it bugs the shit out of my it seems stiff and not flexxable where it needs to be is there a easy way to fix that lol

But anyways, yeah I've heard the TTB setup is probably one of the stronger IFS's that were ever made. They are basically a solid axle with an joint in the shaft... and no solid tube of course...

TTB was in the rangers from 84-97 (83 only had 2wd I think)

Came in two variations... D28 and D35

F150's and Bronco's had D44 TTB
